Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. A general role has been assigned to the applicants and the other accused, who are four in number. The applicants have no criminal history, as stated in paragraph number 28 of the affidavit. Similarly situated co-accused Rameshwar has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2871 of 2026, by order dated 01.04.2026.
