The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime no.167 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(1). 109(1) BNS, Police Station Garautha, District Jhansi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. A general role has been assigned to the applicants and the other accused, who are four in number. The applicants have no criminal history, as stated in paragraph number 28 of the affidavit.
