The informant was at his house on 6.1.2026 at about 5.00 pm, when he heard the wailing noise of a girl from the house of Anil, whereupon the informant and a neighbour Sharoon reached there and found the victim crying inside the house and one Yogesh was found in a compromising state with the victim while the lady Anita, who happened to be the tenant in the said house
