It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant that applicant was working on the post of Community Process Manager in National Health Mission and it is alleged that applicant has demanded Rs.10,000/- from complainant for salary of complainant. Applicant was caught red handed. Learned Senior Advocate further submits that maximum punishment provided under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act is seven years. The applicant has no previous criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 19.03.2026 and in case he is released on bail,
