Heard Sri Anurag Pathak, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Harshit Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant that applicant was working on the post of Community Process Manager in National Health Mission and it is alleged that applicant has demanded Rs.10,000/- from complainant for salary of complainant. Applicant was caught red handed. Learned Senior Advocate further submits that maximum punishment provided under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act is seven years.
