Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Learned counsel for the applicant, Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.61 of 2026, under Sections 87, 137(2) BNS, Police Station Asothar, District Fatehpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of one day. The victim, in her statement under Section 183 BNSS, has not levelled any allegation of sexual assault or abduction against the applicant. The victim claims to be in love with the applicant, and is said to have left her house of her own free will and gone to Delhi with the applicant. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. 4.
