Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anurag Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2024, under Sections- 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Jalalpur, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased left the house to attend the nature’s call on 26.04.2024 and the missing report was lodged on 28.04.2024, whereas the dead body of the deceased was recovered on 29.04.2024. Thereafter, the F.I.R. was lodged against co-accused Satish and 3-4 unknown accomplices on the ground that Satish was last seen in the company of the deceased. It is further submitted that, as per the postmortem report of the deceased
