This bail application has been moved on behalf of applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.196 of 2025, under Sections 118 (2), 115(2), 109, 351(2) B.N.S., P.S. Kalinjar, District Banda. 3. As per allegations contained in the F.I.R., the applicant and another co- accused person have caused injury to the injured with hard and blunt object. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant along with another accused is named in the F.I.R. but neither in the F.I.R. nor in the statement of the injured any specific and distinct role has been assigned to the applicant regarding causing injury with axe.
