Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No 851 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103 (1) of B.N.S, Police Station Faridpur, District- Bareilly. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that though the applicant was named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been made against the applicant or other accused persons. He further submitted that as per prosecution story although co-accused persons including the applicant persuaded the deceased to come to their village from Haryana from where deceased was working on 25.10.2025.
