Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.497 of 2024, under Sections 333, 115(2), 103(1), 109(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Anoopshahar, District Bulandshahr. 3. As per prosecution story, the FIR was lodged with allegation that the applicant along with three accused persons fired upon the deceased Bhura over a dispute of land.
