Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 312 of 2025, under Sections-103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District-Banda. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, the allegation has been made that the named accused had mercilessly beaten the deceased and on hearing the cries of the deceased, several persons including the family members of the deceased came on the spot then the accused ran away from the place of incident.
