Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 746 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 125, 118(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Khair, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged with a delay of four days. The injured has received a single injury, which is in contrast to the version set up in the FIR. The applicant is in jail since 29.11.2025, having no criminal antecedents. 4. The learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and contended that the applicant is the solitary accused in the present case. Repeated assault has been made by the applicant
