Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 446 of 2025, under sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station- Ankur Vihar, District- Ghaziabad. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was neither named in the FIR nor any allegation has been made in the statement of first informant regarding his involvement in committing the murder of the deceased Lallu @ Subham. Even the eye witness Ankush did not make any allegation against the applicant and he made specific allegation against Manu, Afsar, Shan and Sahjad and specific allegation of firing has been assigned to co-accused Manu. It is fuhr
