The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.430 of 2025, under Sections 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Rudrapur, District- Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further contends that the First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged after about 54 days of the occurrence. The applicant is the father of the injured, aged about 71 years, having no criminal antecedents. Due to a domestic dispute, the applicant is said to have assaulted the injured with a knife.
