Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 102 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 110 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Linepar, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the co-accused Shree Prakash, who are brothers, are said to have assaulted their brother, sister-in-law (Bhabhi) and nephew. There are three injured in the present case. The injured, Ram Bhajan, has received grievous injuries, however, no specific role of causing the said injury has been given to the applicant. The applicant has no criminal history. 4. Learned A
