The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 329 of 2026, under Sections 87, 127(2), 140(4) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Khurja Nagar, District- Bulandshar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the uncle (Fufa) of the co-accused, Azim with whom it is contended that the applicant and the other accused wanted the daughter of the informant to marry. The victim is said to have been recovered from the State of Kashmir.
