Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.31 of 2026, under Sections 140(4). 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kharkhauda, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was not named in the First Information Report (FIR) and only one accused, Siddharth Kasana was named. The allegation is of the applicant and the other accused abducting the victim and then assaulting him on gunpoint. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that in the CCTV footage of the occurrence, only three accused have been identified, namely, Siddharth Kasana, Ankit Tanwar @ Tade and Haka @
