The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0085 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS and Section 66D of IT Act and Section 3/4(2) and 5(1) of Gambling Act, registered at Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 14.2.2026. It is further submitted that the co-accused Divyanshu has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.4.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.
