The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at P.S. Godha, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have been languishing in jail since 1.4.2026. It is further submitted that the applicants are on bail in all the four cases shown against them separately in the gang chart and apart from the above, the applicants are also on bail in nine
