The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.337 of 2025, under Sections 238(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Pipiganj, District- Gorakhpur. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant herself was the first informant of the case. However, the police in a bid to crack the case has nominated the applicant along with her daughter as the accused in the present case. The allegation against the applicant is that after the daughter of the applicant had killed her step grand-mother, the applicant helped in disposing of the dead body.
