The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2026, under Section 8/21 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rampur during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 8.4.2026. It is further submitted that 107gram of smack, which is much below the commercial quantity is said to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, however, it is submitted that mandatory provisions of Sections 50 and 52-A of NDPS Act have not been co
