The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.475 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhuta, District- Bareilly. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contented that initially in the First Information Report, three persons were nominated with having caused injures to the injured. Later on, in the statement of the witnesses and of the injured, the applicant was assigned the role of causing head injury by using an axe. In the medical examination report, two injures have been found, one being a diffuse swelling present over forehead and the second being an incised wound present over left side of forehead 1 cm
