The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.51 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is previous enmity between the parties. The injury is said to have been caused to the injured Mohit, which is attributed to the applicant as having been caused by a knife, was found to be simple in nature. The applicant has a criminal history of one other case being Case Crime No.990 of 2024, under Sections 109, 126(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad
