The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 527 of 2021, under Sections 396, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Soroan, District Prayagraj during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Amraj Kumar Kharwar, Sandol Kharwar and Sumit Kharwar while in police custody. The said statements insofar as they implicate the applicant are unreliable.
