The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.837 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352 and 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Dibai, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, an FIR was lodged on 07.12.2025, wherein, the allegation has been made that some unknown persons had beaten the deceased, who subsequently, succumbed to injuries. The statement of the first informant was recorded on 08.12.2025, in which she again reiterated the story of FIR making allegation against the unknown persons. However, two eye-witnesses Bageshwar and Ravi whose statements were recorded on 07.12.205 have stated
