The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.13 of 2026, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kakarvai, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits, applicants are Jeth and Jethani of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation they have been roped in the present matter. 4. He further argued, actually, deceased without marriage started living with Pushpendra the younger brother of the applicant no.2 and after three years some dispute arose between both of them and, therefore, she committed suicide by hanging and after her death only being close relative of Pushpendra applicants have also been accused in the present matter
