The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.133 of 2026, under Sections 288, 109(1) BNS, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant and two other accused, one named and one unnamed, are said to have attacked the informant and his friend Gaurav Nishad by hurling bomb at them, however, they missed their target, and it hit a passerby, Suresh Verma. He contends that a false FIR by concocting an incident has been lodged against the applicant and the other accused.
