Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 172 of 2025, under section 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Sakeet, District- Etah. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is real brother of the deceased. The body of the deceased was found hanging on 20.09.2025 on the basis of information given by father-in-law of the deceased. Thereafter, police reached on the spot and post mortem of the deceased was conducted on 21.09.2025. Subsequently after 15 days, an FIR was lodged on 05.10.2025 by the Inspector of police expressing doubt over the applicant regarding involvement in the murder of the deceased, who died due to throttling merely on the
