Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has abducted the victim. In her statement under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS, the victim claims to be in a romantic relationship with the applicant and has stated that she had left her house on her own freewill. The victim is a major as per her statement under Section 180 BNSS. The applicant has not been charged for any offence under the POCSO Act. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. 5.
