The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.49 of 2026, under Sections 87, 137(2) BNS, Police Station Dhata, District Fatehpur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has abducted the victim. In her statement under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS, the victim claims to be in a romantic relationship with the applicant and has stated that she had left her house on her own freewill.
