The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2026, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Sakaldeeha, District Chandauli during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 21.4.2026. It is further submitted that the applicant is said to the owner of the vehicle from which 01 cow is said to have been recovered. It is also submitted that the applicant is having criminal hi
