Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is husband of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the allegations in the first information report, the applicant was married to the deceased on 29.06.2017. After marriage, the applicant used to assault the deceased and subjected her to verbal abuse and harassment.
