The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Bhatni, District-Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
