The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Bhatni, District-Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, allegation has been made against seven persons for beating the deceased as well as the first informant during a dispute over a land.
