Heard Sri Manish Kumar Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.153 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Sunngarhi, District-Kasganj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was the first informant wherein she made an allegation against the husband and family members of the deceased for killing the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Subsequently, during the investigation, the applicant has confessed to conspire the killing of the deceased with the help of the co-accused Rahis Ahmad.
