The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Swar, District- Rampur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. A general role of assault has been given to the applicant. The injured, in his statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S., has assigned the specific role of assaulting him to the co-accused Sarfaraj and the applicant has been given the role of catching hold. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that one of the alleged injured persons, Intkhaab, who was stated to have been assaulted by the applicant, was not medically examined.
