The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.139 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 109, 351(2), 103(1) of BNS, Police Station-Subhash Nagar, District-Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as in the statement of the first informant and in the statement of the eye witness, the applicant was not named. Subsequently, after more than one month, the second statement of the injured, Gaurav, was recorded, in which he also made allegations against the present applicant.
