The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.011 of 2026, arising out of FIR dated 11.01.2026, under Sections-191(2), 103, 126(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of BNS, Police Station-Diduli, District-Amroha, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that, in a road rage incident, the named accused along with one unknown person assaulted the deceased. Subsequently, the deceased died in the hospital. As per the postmortem report, the cause of death is cardiopulmonary arrest, and two ante-mortem injuries were found, which could have been caused during the administ
