The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 146 of 2025, under Section 103 (1) B.N.S., Police Station Shahzad Nagar, District Rampur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR, allegations have been made that the son of the first informant was sleeping on the rooftop, and on hearing the clattering, the first informant came to the rooftop on 03.10.2025 at 3:00 a.m. and found that the present applicant was going from the roof of the first informant to his own rooftop; however, the first informant thereafter returned back as the applicant and t
