The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 260 of 2023, under Sections- 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station- Badagaon, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution story, the applicant has killed his father by strangulation and also confess the same to his mother Laxmina Devi and on receiving the information regarding murder of burning of body of the deceased the mother and uncle of the applicant went to field and found the half burn body of the deceased. Thereafter, post mortem was also conducted. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no eye-witness to the incident except the confession of applicant to his mother.
