The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.201 of 2026, under Sections 8/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Khurja Nagar, District - Bulandshahar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Allegedly, 645 tablets of alprazolam, weighing about 88.62 grams, have been recovered from the alleged possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the provisions of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with and that there is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. It is further contended that the tablets were recovered wrapped in polythene and, supposedly stashed in the w
