The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2026, under Sections 298, 299, 196(1)(b), 279, 223(b), 308(5) of B.N.S. and Section 67 of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3.
