The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2026, under Section 8/20, 27/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 318(2), 336(3), 340(2), 345(3)(b) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Robartsganj, District Sonbhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3.
