The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 301 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5), 49 of BNS, Police station Dannahar, District Mainpuri. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that in the FIR, general allegation has been made against all the accused persons including the present applicant for causing death of the deceased with 'Axe'.
