The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in case crime no. 27 of 2026, Under Sections 61(2) BNS and Section 3/4/5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been arrested alongwith 13 other accused persons supposedly involved in an illegal sex trade on a raid said to have been carried out at a hotel. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was not involved in the offence alleged and he has solely been implicated in the case under some mistaken impression by the police.
