The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 594 of 2024, under Section 140 (1), 103 (1), 3 (5), 61 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR the allegation has been made against the co-accused Ajay to have taken the deceased from his home, and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was found. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the applicant, neither in the FIR nor in the statements of the witnesses, except the general allegation that the applicant was also involved along with the other accused persons in commit
