Heard Sri Atul Tej Kulshrestha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 594 of 2024, under Section 140 (1), 103 (1), 3 (5), 61 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR the allegation has been made against the co-accused Ajay to have taken the deceased from his home, and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was found.
