The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in case crime no.0113 of 2026, Under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act, Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been arrested alongwith other four named accused persons, who were supposedly travelling in a vehicle, from which 28.362 Kgs of Ganja has been recovered. Similarly situated co-accused Ashish Patel, Dhirendra Kumar Patel and Shyam Kumar Bhartiya have been granted regular bail by this Court in Criminal Misc.
