The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 445 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5), 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S., corresponding Sections 302, 34, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Rasra, District- Ballia , during the pendency of the trial. 3.
