The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5), 61(2)a of B.N.S., Police Station- Charwa, District- Kaushambi , during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as statement of witnesses general allegation has been made against all the accused persons including applicant for forcibly taking him in their home then assaulted him with sharp edged weapon which resulted into his death. Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that there is no recovery of any weapon of assault on the pointing of applicant and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
