The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 637 of 2025, under Section 8/29 N.D.P.S., Police Station- Jhinjhana, District- Shamli during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Junaid, who was arrested at the spot. The said statement, insofar as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable. False recovery of 528 gm. 'Charas' has been shown from the possession of co-accused Junaid. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The recovered substance is below the commercial quantity. The mandatory provisions of Sections 50 and 52-A of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. There
