The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 331 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station-Kundarki, District-Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, information was received by the police on 17.11.2025 regarding a dead body along with his driving licence. Thereafter, on the basis of the driving licence, the police informed the father of the deceased, who also reached the spot, and in the presence of the father and uncle (the first informant of the present case), the inquest was conducted.
