The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.874 of 2025, under Sections-103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Pipraich, District-Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, a general allegation has been made against four persons, including the present applicant, and thereafter, in the eyewitness account, a specific allegation of firing upon the deceased has
