The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 205 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Faridpur, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there are general allegations against nine persons including the applicant. A specific role has been assigned to Sharif Khan, and subsequently a firearm was also recovered on his pointing out.
