The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.921 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 61(2), 315, 190, 191(2), 191(3) of BNS, Police Station- Khair, District-Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
